Ms. Véronique Bardach’s expertise lies in the areas of business planning, modeling, structuring and negotiating. Ms. Bardach’s experience successfully establishing, funding, growing and selling early stage companies supports this focus.
Prior to co-founding Four Seasons Ventures, Ms. Bardach was Executive Vice President Corporate Finance at Westminster Securities, a New York Stock Exchange member firm. At Westminster Securities, Ms. Bardach specialized in structured transactions for middle market public biotech firms. From January 2001 to June 2004, Ms. Bardach headed ITF Global Partner’s (ITF) Private Equity Group, specializing in venture capital financing in the biotech and energy sectors. Prior to ITF, she was the founder and CEO of Inshop, the leading provider of local retail sales information for online portals such as AOL/Time Warner, NBCi, LA Times, isyndicate, iVillage, and others. At Inshop, she raised capital from blue chip investors to grow the business and expanded the service across 52 US cities and London. Before founding Inshop, Ms. Bardach worked as corporate counsel for AT&T WorldNet in the development of their first e-commerce portal. Prior to AT&T, Ms. Bardach was a corporate attorney in the cross-border group at Clifford Chance (formerly Rogers & Wells), assisting foreign clients raise financing in the U.S. public markets. Ms. Bardach is an active member of the venture capital community, serves on several boards of venture backed companies, and has published in venture capital journals.
Ms. Bardach graduated from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service and Georgetown Law where she served as editor of the American Criminal Law Review. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. Ms. Bardach is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and WashingtonDC. She is also an NASD-licensed investment banker.
